I have only recently started playing this game and I'm pretty hooked on it. Multiplayer (So Far), has not been immensly gripping for me. The areas are too big and open and theres too many campers roaming the servers. This is just my initial oppionion as I havn't really ventured far into the multiplayer aspects of the game yet. I'm still working my way through single player which is quite engrossing.

Ok! I am now in a position to post some more comments about FarCry.
So far, this game is a blast. Its beautifully rendered, very engrossing and the landscapes are huge. I havn't really been playing it much but i caned a few levels out yesterday. There I was blasting myself through another forest when I stumble on a Cave inhabited bya Huge, Gentically enhanced monkey or somthing. I suddenly get the impression, 'I've been here before'. And I have with every other fps game. A Game that is amazing until they start making it unrealistic.
Dont get me wrong the game is still great and im still loving it but it started me a thinking that I have never come across an FPS of the caliber of FarCry, Doom and Quake that doesnt feel the need to incorporated hideous mutations or aliens etc into the story line.
It's been done over and over again and just for once I would love a great story line game that doesnt involve the unrealistic. Sure theres a point where games will get TOO realistic etc, but I would just like one that was a little closer to realism.
Oh well.
I will post further comments about the game as I get through it. Right now I rate it about 86%.
I have been playing through this game a lot recently and I am getting further and further into it. It seems like a very long game which is a good thing, and its getting quite harder now to. I am about3 levels past where you get to meet the rest of the Trijan creatures and I am constantly running out of ammo! I now rate this game at about 93%, as I have also cranked the graphics right up (i thought i had anyway but apparently not!) and now it looks even more amazing!
